Rhonda Cornum

Chief Medical Officer

Brigadier General Rhonda Cornum, PhD, MD, (retired) served as the first Director of the U.S. Army's novel Comprehensive Soldier Fitness initiative which trained over 1.1 million active duty Soldiers. She also served as the Assistant Surgeon General for Force Projection, commanded the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center - the evacuation hub for Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, and Europe - and continues to advise military-centered committees and boards. while teaching medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

Kerry Irvin

An experienced professional with a history of energizing teams and stimulating growth, Kerry has shared her research-based approach to enhancing performance and improving personal well-being and team dynamics to entities across the Department of Defense, as well as corporate and non-profit sectors around the world.    

Her commitment to helping bridge military and civilian communities led her to create the Leave a Legacy Program at the US Army War College, where she also began her career as a trainer in the fields of Resilience, Leadership Development, and Emotional Intelligence. 

Kerry has been recognized for her work on many levels, to include the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award, and being named the North Carolina Military Spouse of the Year.
