Resilient Workplaces Training
This training is designed to help staff of companies, non-profits, and government agencies develop professional and personal resilience, which, in turn, fosters higher morale and productivity to achieve organizational goals.
With this program, we focus on developing skills to strengthen decision-making and creative problem solving, foster teamwork, and build relationships. Teams also receive on-site and follow-up coaching.
